Warranty Policy

At ENZE, we are dedicated to delivering durable, innovative smart bathroom solutions. We stand behind the quality of our products with a comprehensive limited warranty.

1. Warranty Periods

The warranty begins on the date of delivery.

  • Smart Bathroom Mirrors: 2-Year Limited Warranty.
  • SmartHeated Towel Racks: 2-Year Limited Warranty.
  • Replacement Parts: 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty (whichever is longer).

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Failure of LED lighting strips and touch sensors.
  • Defective heating elements in towel racks.
  • Malfunctions in the smart faucet's motion sensors or internal valves.
  • Electrical component failures under normal residential use.

3. What is NOT Covered?

To ensure the longevity of our products, please note that the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Improper Installation: Damage resulting from failure to follow the installation manual or local plumbing/electrical codes.
  • Modifications: Any cutting of wires, altering of plugs, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Misuse: Damage from using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials on mirror surfaces or faucet finishes.
  • External Factors: Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or improper voltage connection.
  • Commercial Use: Use in non-residential settings (e.g., hotels, gyms, or public facilities) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue, please contact support@enzehome.com with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear Photo or Video demonstrating the defect.
  • A brief description of when the issue occurred. ENZE may require proof of professional installation (e.g., an invoice from a licensed electrician or plumber) to process claims for electrical or water leakage.

5. Resolution Options

If a covered defect is found, ENZE will, at its option, provide:

  • Replacement Parts: Free of charge components (e.g., a new sensor or LED driver).
  • Full Replacement: A new unit if the original is beyond repair.
  • Repair: Professional repair services (where available). Note: During the first year, ENZE covers the cost of shipping replacement parts. After the first year, the customer may be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

ENZE is not responsible for labor costs, removal fees, or re-installation expenses. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including water damage to flooring or walls, arising from product failure.
